Hey! I'm Nadine - Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, and unapologetic foodie

Being a dietitian doesn't make me less of a food lover. In fact, you're more likely to catch me eating dessert than salad - that's where the fun begins. With science and the principles of intuitive eating, I've carved my mindful and strategic approach. Coming with my load of lived experiences of an eating disorder, messed up hormones and a fussy digestion, I learned to redefine health to include the wellness of both the body and soul.
